On 16th, November, STEC signs Luanxian Panshi Cement 5000t/d clinker production line WHR project (industry boiler renovation) project. This is the 1st energy performance contracting project since STEC is recognized as 1st batch of Energy Conservation& Service Company by SASAC, ministry of finance, which opens STEC’s new chapter in energy conservation& services on December, 2010.
