Between
July, 7 and 9, the members of the “three-standard (quality, environmental and
occupational health and safety) integration” external audit established by
China Classification Society Certification Company (CCSC) respectively headed
to Shanghai, Bengbu, etc., and, by means of data collection, spot check of
records, field observation, interviews and so forth, they carried an external
management system audit of CTIEC and Bengbu Glass Industry Design &
Research Institute’s affiliated departments, Shanghai Triumph Energy
Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd., Bengbu branch, Bengfu Triumph Engineering
& Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Shengshi 600t/d float glass general
contracting project site and the general contracting project site of the WHR
project (10MW) of Yunnan Yongbao 4,500t/d clinker production line.
Contrasting with the management
manuals, procedure documents and operation documents of the general system and
various subsystems, the experts of the audit team audited the articles related
to the work of various departments one by one, and conducted a key-point
investigation mainly with regard to the determination of management policies
and management objectives, the breakdown and implementation of departmental
management objectives, the identification of environmental factors and hazards,
the recording of daily work, etc. In addition, the auditors also checked the
general contracting project sites to know about the engineering design, general
contracting and other aspects of the company.
After the audit, the audit team
affirmed and praised the overall operations of the company and the institute,
and proposed some suggestions with regard to the continuous implementation of
these standards. Sun Jian’An, CTIEC’s Executive Vice President, thanked the
