Heilongjiang Binzhou Cement Co., Ltd. is one of the large-sized cement production enterprises of North Cement in Northeast China, and also a major investment promotion project of Heilongjiang Province. Established in December, 2003, the company currently has two new-type dry-process cement clinker production lines (5,000t/d+4,500 t/d) and five cement grinding lines, with a total investment of 1.34 billion Yuan and an annual capacity of 3,800,000t cement clinker and 5,500,000t high-quality “Huding” cement of various grades. As the leading large-sized high-grade cement production base of Heilongjiang Province, the company is one of the largest taxpayers of Harbin, and also the only enterprise in Heilongjiang Province that is licensed to produce PⅡ52.SR high-grade cement. In 2006 the company passed ISO9000 quality system certification and PC32.5R and PO42.5 cement product certification.

The project is the WHR project of 5,000t/d+4,500t/d cement clinker production lines, with a system installed capacity of 2X9,000kW. The contract adopts the general contracting mode, and the project was started on March, 15, 2014. Currently the project is in its peak installation period, and is estimated to be put into production in October, 2014.
