Located in Tianquan County, Ya’an of Sichuan Province, it is the auxiliary purely low-temperature WHR EPC general contracting project of one 2,500t/d cement clinker production line. Configured with two boilers and one power unit in its layout design, it has an installed power of 5MW.

Having overcome the disadvantage of Ya’an brought about by its high construction cost and its long rainy season throughout the year, the project department combined the project to grid on July, 23, 2014.
