On 14 Feb 2015, accompanied by technical VP Mr. Marchenkow, CFO Ms. Tskhay, Eurocement Group CEO Mr. Skorokhod paid a visit to CNBM in Beijing. GM of Triumph Group, chairman of CTIEC Mr. Shou Peng warmly received Mr. Skorokhod and his party.

Mr. Peng showed his warm welcome to Mr. Skorokhod and his party to visit China before Chinese Eve, and made the introduction of overseas business. Mr. Peng said, Eurocementand CNBM were severed as the strategic partners for a long time, CTIEC would completMarzolf 2*5000tpd and Ulyanovsk 6200tpd cement projects under time schedule and with high quality, and, CNBM would try to get the strong supports from government. Mr. Skorokhod said, CTIEC was a trustworthy partner that he attached great importance to the cooperation. Mr. Skorokhod hoped to further strengthen the cooperation from the executed projects and the follow-up projects.

Mr. Skorokhod and his party carried on a detailed meeting with BTIEC onMarzolf and Ulyanovsk cement projects in the following days.
