Low temperature waste heat power generation project of two 5000T/D clinker line in Heilongjiang Binzhou cenment plant prvided by STEC were successfully performanced. The general contractor is CTIEC. And this project is highly praised by North cement and owner.

The project general contract was signed on April 1, 2014, after a year or so of construction (including 3 months of winter break), on April 23, 2015, has realized the grid generation, on May 25, 2015, the project successfully passed the performance test, tons of clinker output index is 36.20 kWh, reached the contract performence. And CTIEC and STEC awarded the performance acceptance certificate by Heilongjiang Binzhou cement plant.

This project contains the installed capacity of two sets of 9 mw turbo-generator set, four boilers with two turbo-generator, and adopts header system operation mode, annual power generation is 125 million kWh, which can realize more than 34% self-sufficiency rate of its factory power supply, and can reduce about 39800 tons of standard coal per year equivalent to burning, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions of 99600 tons, about 320 tons of sulfur dioxide, 230 tons of nitrogen oxide.

The project has been faced with a tight schedule, a burdensome task, harsh climate and other severe test since its start. Its engineering quality requirement is high and with strict safety control measures.
