Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (STEC) and Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (MLCF) signed the general contract of 25MW cement waste heat recovery power plant rehabilitation project on August 24, 2020.

Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (MLCF) is a large cement company in Pakistan. It is equipped with three 7000 T/D cement clinker production lines in the factory. It is planned to expand the existing waste heat recovery power plant system into 25MW installed power, which is expected to put into operation on October 2021.

STEC always uphold the spirit of "the Belt and Road Initiative", and comply with the requirements of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd (CNBM) on epidemic control and production work, to ensure the domestic and overseas business proceeding in order.

STEC will always do the best and overcome difficulties to complete the project with good quality during the pandemic. After the  completion of the project, it will be the largest cement waste heat recovery power plant in Pakistan.
