Dehongzhou Hong’an Cement’s 2500t/d Cement Clinker Production Line 5 MW WHR Project

This is a 2500t/d Cement clinker production line equipped with WHR project. The project is designed with 2 boilers and 1 turbine. Main steam generated from SP boiler will join together with the low pressure steam generated from AQC boiler. Then the 2 blasts of steam will be super-heated inside AQC boiler’s common super heater to enter turbine in TG building. The turbine and generator is designed with 5MW.

The project’s construction period is 9 months. The project is started from December, 2011, and connected to the grid on 20th December, 2012. The project passes the performance test on 22nd June, 2013.
